My journey with Liezl Pape as my life coach has been nothing short of transformative. It has been almost 5 years since I embarked on a path of self-discovery, delving into various aspects of my personality and personal styles. However, it was only when I started my sessions with Liezl, that my inner journey truly began, and a whole new realm of personal growth opened up before me.
Life was in a whirlwind of change when I first met Liezl in 2019. During a time of exciting change, when life was calling me to be fearless, independent and courageous, she met me with a focused approach, practical steps and small habits that enabled me to manage my life better. Her coaching style is unique, in that she skilfully adapts to ones' own rate of growth and walks to the pace of your unique inner journey.
Starting with the basics and gradually delving into deeper challenges that required an existential exploration of my psyche through dreams, visions, and understanding my hidden patterns, she walked with me through all life's ups and downs, providing constant insight, understanding, and wisdom that I cherish like gold. Throughout it all, Liezl played a pivotal role in expanding my mind to embrace both new ways of being in the world and conversely, contentment with just being in the world.
Thanks to my journey with Liezl, I have learned to trust myself and follow my intuition, deeply pursuing the knowing of who I am. Perhaps the most significant lesson she imparted was that growth isn't always a smooth and pretty process; it can be messy, difficult, and even frightening. It may involve setbacks and taking wrong turns, but Liezl helped me see that even in the moments of failure, sadness, or disappointment, growth was ever-present. Looking back, I now realize that growth has always been there, even during the times I felt stuck.
More recently, Liezl initiated a dream-analysis group, a unique endeavor that brought together a diverse group of women, who collectively support one another through the interpretation of their dreams and exploration into the depths of their psyches. Witnessing Liezl's commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing space for these women to share their innermost thoughts and experiences is truly inspiring. It exemplifies her belief in the power of collective wisdom and mutual support to aid in personal growth and transformation. Through this dream-analysis group, Liezl encouraged us to step into our own light, take up space, and embrace our unique purpose in the world. Her dedication to empowering others is a testament to her genuine care for each individual's journey and her desire to see them flourish in all aspects of life.
